Grocery iQ to shop better!

This free app allows me to track exactly what I'm shopping for, make a list, basically make sure I have everything I need for my week of nutrition. We all know how important regularly scheduled nutrition is for ADHDers.

I personally use this app every week. You will probably see it on my TO DO lists in HomeRoutine when I review that app! :)

This app has a WEB based side that enhances the function,  allowing me to use my computer to do the actual grocery lists. The whole kit n' caboodle is free.

Take a look and enjoy!

MindNode for PROJECTS

MindNode plays to the creative/idea generation side of me and my ADHD; If you are like me and see a "big picture" first when you reflect on(pretty much any) action you want to take, you will LOVE this App.

Here are some screenshots of a project I am currently working on that would never have progressed this far without Mind Node. Definitely a #superADHDfriendly
app. This visually organized "whiteboard" lets you add any documents(JPEGs, PDFs, .DOC, etc...) right into the "Mind Map".

Evernote!

Evernote is my favorite app of all time. It helps me save ideas, things I want to read later, and even inspirational pictures or quotes. It is a second memory.

Honestly at this point I really don't know what I would do without it. Best of all it's free!

www.evernote.com will show you a new way to live!
